Just a quick entry today to confirm that the motion which I previously posted was mailed in to be filed as of today. I have received absolutely no response from the copy I forwarded to the local court clerk, Peg Allison, nor the opposing counsel, Gregory Paskell. I offered Ms. Allison the opportunity to stop this proceeding by simply granting the default judgment that has been obstructed by her and to issue the summonses she has refused to issue. However, apparently even these simple requests, which by law the court is compelled to do, are too much to do on behalf of someone considered an enemy of the state.
It is now simply a matter of waiting to see whether the US District Court in Missoula, MT, has any justice left in it or not...
